Booking
Please complete the booking form below or submit your details via our contact form. Once we receive your booking request and you confirm you are ready to proceed, we will email an inspection proposal for your review and acceptance.
How the process works
1. Proposal: We email a detailed inspection proposal outlining scope, timing and fees.
2. Acceptance: Review the proposal and accept it by following the instructions in the email.
3. Payment: Pay the inspection fee using one of the methods listed below.
4. Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once we receive payment. You will receive a confirmation email with the inspection date, arrival window and any pre‑inspection instructions.

• Bank transfer (please contact our office administrator for bank details)
All card payments are processed securely. Payment must be received before the inspection is confirmed.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact our office as soon as possible. Any applicable cancellation or refund terms will be included in your inspection proposal.
